Jamaican driver Bobby Marshall has taken 2 first place finishes in a row which has put him in the lead with 90 points with 2 more events to go.

Bobby has made a tremendous effort to fly to and from Trinidad and Tobago for every event for the 2010 Championship Season, and it must be a great feeling that he is leading the way this far into the season. When asked for a comment, Bobby was in his usual pre-race relax mode and had this to say - Its been a blessed year, things are running good and we are hoping to continue winning right through until the end. The car is working well - its a Mitsubishi of course, and i am confident that come Sunday we will wake up in the morning and do what we have to do. Trinidad and Tobago has been just great, the stages, the people, everything and we are hoping to be on top come the end of October.

Other class leaders include Ainsley Lochan who despite a difficult incident packed year has managed to hold onto top spot in Group A. Group N is becoming a tight battle with David Coelho in front of John Powell by a mere 2 points. There are two more events to go and things could get very interesting for both drivers as the remaining rallies unfold. This is David's first time racing a Rally car and his efforts will surely make him a favourite for Rookie of the Year honours. 2WD is being dominated by Bobby Marshall who leads Group 2-3, and Rezan Mohammed who leads Group 2-4. Its almost impossible for any other 2WD driver to catch these two and although Rallying can be very unpredictable at times, Bobby Marshall seems destined to take all the spoils home for 2010 in both class and overall.
