Bajan Invasion for RT10
The Bajan entries are in and 2010 might be the year that every trophy goes back to Barbados. Some of the best names in regional gravel rallying have confirmed their entries for RT10. Leading the charge is Paul Bourne in his WRC 2007 Ford Focus, followed by Dean Serrao (WRC Subaru S9), Neil Armstrong (Grp A Evo VI), Harold Morley (Grp N Subaru N14), Mark Hamilton (Ford Escort MkII), Ian Warren (Suzuki Swift), Stuart White (Toyota Starlet RWD), Ryan Wood (Toyota Starlet RWD).
Rumours are spreading fast and furious about a new WRC car that may be debuting in Trinidad (we'll keep you posted) and get this - it may be coming first class on a plane!!!!. So far this Bajan contingent is probably the best in terms of quality and experience ever to grace our shores. The local hopes will be falling on John Powell, Ainsley Lochan, Rezan Mohamed, and Darrel Ramesar. Come the end of March Trinidad will host the largest regional field of any of the major Caribbean rallies and surely even the best rally heads are going to have a tough time picking an outright winner from this bunch. So folks keep checking back for regular updates.
