The TTRC once again welcomes the world to RALLY TRINIDAD. The 2012 Event promises yet again to be one of the best motorsport weekend's in Trinidad and Tobago. 2012 marks the 9th installment of the event in its modern form of all high speed stages, and the Rally has grown to become one of the most talked about Rallies in the Region. Now part of the unofficial Caribbean Rally Championship (TRI, BAR, JAM), Rally Trinidad will play host to the best from Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, and Jamaica. Jamaican's Jeffrey Panton and Michael Fennel will be back to defend their 2011 title in a newly acquired 2006 Ford Focus WRC. He will have his hands full however with a huge challenge coming from Rally Jamaica 2011 winner John Powell and Nicholas Telfer in a 2008 Subaru S14. Rounding out the top in the region is Sean Gill and Michael Cummings, who will be bringing their Suzuki SX4 WRC hot off a great 2011 year where victory seems to have barely eluded them in Trinidad and Jamaica. All 3 teams are gravel specialists and are with very comparable machines. With the rest of the field in highly competitive Group A, N cars, as well as a number of well prepared 2WD machines, RT2012 will be a spectators dream. OFFICIAL HOTEL - ROYAL HOTEL - Once again Rally Trinidad partners with The Royal Hotel in San Fernando. The Hotel is located barely 10 minutes away from all the stages and approx. 45 minutes away from the National Stadium in port of Spain. The hotel offers ample parking, a pool, restaurant and bar, and is very close to other popular night life in South Trinidad. The rates for the Rally are US$100 plus taxes per night double occupancy (includes continental breakfast) 1-868-652-4881. You are asked to contact them early as rooms will fill up quickly.

Car Rentals - Rally Trinidad does not have an official Car Rental Company however just about all the major international car rental companies operate on the island, and a quick search over the net and you will find one quite easily. A number of companies have a depot at the airport, however please note the time of your flight may require an advance booking.

Shipping costs are included in the foreign entry fee and dates will vary for cars coming out of Jamaica and Barbados.
